As a gifted Designer, Nick was able to take our varied tastes into account and deliver design results in the direction we wanted, but in an order of magnitude beyond what we could have done ourselves.

My first project instructions were, "when I shut my entry door at night I want to be in a penthouse in Manhattan, but also could easily flip over to South Beach down the road". I stated that my tastes ran along a "mid-century modern sensibility with an Atomic twist", then proceeded to send pictures from multi-million dollar listings as examples.
Nick delivered a whole condo renovation including kitchen, baths, flooring, paint, windows, appliances, furniture and staging. The result went way beyond my expectation!
Hiring Nick Palmer as your designer will be a cost effective win for you in that he not only designs, but also manages the contractors for the project and personally insures the quality of their work, and addresses the headaches that usually arise. He possesses a focused value approach for getting you the maximum "designer bang" for your buck, and does all the shopping for accessories and furniture.
